Bản Cacao produces premium dark chocolate from pure cacao beans grown in the heart of Lam Dong (Southern Central Highlands, Vietnam). Influenced by the region’s unique high-altitude climate—filled with sun and wind—our cacao beans carry a signature flavor profile: a balanced bitterness, a hint of acidity, and delicate undertones of honey and tropical fruits.

Every bean is meticulously selected and naturally fermented to perfection. The beans are then roasted and stone-ground for 60 to 72 hours. This artisanal, small-batch technique ensures a superior chocolate structure and a smooth texture that remains stable during delivery.

We take immense pride in being a 100% Vietnamese brand: grown by Vietnamese farmers, crafted by Vietnamese chocolatiers, and processed using machinery engineered in Vietnam.
